Room arrangements(Decor) by guests can be done one day prior to the event date if available.
Any property damaged of Royal Plaza during the event shall be charged accordingly to the guest.
Guests are requested to check the table arrangements in advance prior the start of the event.
The Violet Room charge is a fixed price (room and table arrangement only).
All bookings should be confirmed 3 days prior to the scheduled event date.
In case of cancellation, 50% downpayment is non-refundable.
