The ladies restrooms at Royal Plaza are equipped with baby changing facilities for your convenience. Additionally, special baby/toddler seats are installed in the restroom cubicles.

Emergency Diaper Services

Should you require a disposable diaper, they are available for purchase at the Royal Concierge for a small change.

Complimentary Strollers

Our little guests could enjoy a ride on one of our strollers. Themed strollers can be arranged through the Royal Concierge against a deposit, refundable on return of the stroller.

High Chairs

The food court at Royal Plaza ( The Gourmet Terrace ) has high chairs available to enable our little guests to enjoy their meal comfortably. Our attendants would be happy to position one at your table.

Bottle warming facility

Special attention has been taken to cater to the needs of our little guests & so a bottle warming facility is available at La Maison Du cafe on the ground floor.

First Aid & Emergency Services

Should our little guest have a minor mishap that needs more than Mum’s kiss, our Guest Executives at the Royal Concierge would be delighted to provide him with a complimentary band aid as an alternative to dry away tears.

Additionally a first aid kit is available. Please request assistance from the Royal Concierge or from any member of staff you find along the corridors. However, in the regrettable event of a serious accident, a call to the local emergency service shall be made.
